Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a passion for improving customer service and optimizing processes? Randstad is supporting a leading wealth management firm who is seeking a talented individual to join their firm's Contact Center Experience team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact by enhancing the client experience, driving operational efficiency, and implementing innovative solutions within our contact center.

salary: $65 - $70 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Analyze call center data to identify trends in customer interactions, service issues, and resolution times.

• Develop and deliver reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Use data to recommend changes that could improve client satisfaction or streamline contact center operations.

• Propose process improvements or automation solutions that could enhance response times and reduce costs.

• Work on initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of service provided to clients, such as reducing wait times or personalizing client interactions.

• Ensure that contact center operations adhere to regulatory requirements, such as those mandated by the SEC or FINRA.

• Collaborate with compliance teams to update contact center procedures or scripts in response to changing regulations.

• Conduct audits or reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and external guidelines.

• Lead or participate in projects aimed at upgrading contact center systems, expanding services, or improving workflows.

• Coordinate across multiple departments (eg, IT, Legal, Compliance, Customer Service) to implement new initiatives.
