Position Overview

International's San Antonio Manufacturing Plant is a benchmark facility that builds leading-edge commercial vehicles to meet the needs of today's - and tomorrow's - customers. By using proven engineering and leading technology and manufacturing principles, International takes mobility and transport to a new level of impact. This facility has the flexibility to build Class 6-8 trucks along with Electric Vehicles that allow International to add capacity to support anticipated industry growth.

Supply Chain Engineering has an exciting opportunity for Logistics Analyst. The Analyst will report to the Supply Chain Engineering Manager and is accountable to support the day-to-day activities, interfacing with Supply Chain and Production initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Deployment and keep of Lean Material Flow strategies at the plant and supporting warehouse

  • Establish and maintain standard work instructions for plant specific materials team members

  • Ownership of layouts for supply chain managed footprints

  • Ownership of data analysis for upcoming products (jobs)

  • New parts setup in the system

  • Presentation type definition based on forecast

  • Support Material Handling and Receiving team

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

OR

  • At least 2 years of supply chain or manufacturing experience

Additional Requirements

  • Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.   • ERP Administration Experience

  • Created, developed, and oversee Supply Chain PowerBI reports and dashboards

  • Experience presenting to all levels

  • Ability to set priorities, multitask and meet deadlines

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Ability to work effectively with teams to deliver results

  • Attention to detail, willingness to achieve high standards and continuously improve

  • Strong IT skills working in several current and developing systems including

  • Microsoft Excel, Power point, Word, Power BI

  • Self-starter, motivated professional with strong written, verbal, and presentation communications skills

  • High level of accountability, ownership for tasks with little supervision
