Job Description:

• You'll manage the process of converting demand generated by the regional marketing team to qualified opportunities for the regional sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Build highly productive relationships with sales and marketing leaders to drive high close rates, offer demand generation advice, and maintain the feedback loop.

• Ensure procedural excellence by maintaining tight documentation and reinforcing team standards.

• Capitalize on opportunities for increased effectiveness and efficiency by driving key automation and productivity initiatives.

• Consolidate and interpret metrics for your team to drive insight into your market and sales motion.

• Meet or exceed KPI's for conversion, opportunities, pipeline, revenue and service level agreements.

• Lead the program with the vendor by periodically meeting with their leadership, including site leads, team leads, trainers and quality .

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in sales and market/business development.

• Experience working in Sales Development, Sales, Sales operations roles.

• CRM experience with Salesforce would be beneficial.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience .
