ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Manager to join our team onsite in San Diego, CA.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Lead and coordinate the scoping, technical requirements gathering, estimating and planning for single or multiple projects or work streams* Coordinate systems development for major applications, define project requirements including information and data needs, business analysis and programming* Coordinate all meetings and interface with business units, staff and service providers* Direct and manage project development from beginning to end while defining the project scope, goals and deliverables* Determine if external consultants or contractors should be added to the internal project and/or development team(s) in order to successfully complete the project* Daily Management and coordination of all technical and logistical aspects of a project including timelines, risks, risk mitigation strategies, action items and change requestsMinimum Qualifications:* Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience* Experience with planning and developing project schedule* Experience with resource management* Experience with managing cost, schedule, and performance* Up to 25% travel required or as neededPreferred Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree* PMP Certification* Prior experience with Navy* Prior experience with Navy Continuous Training Environment programClearance Requirements:* Must have an active Secret Security clearancePhysical Requirements:* Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%* Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer* The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
