JOB SUMMARY:

The intern Pricing Analyst will be responsible for the completion of one or more long-term commercially related projects as assigned. Additionally, they will assist the pricing department by compiling and delivering external customer quotations in accordance with all applicable contractual commercial terms and conditions or catalog a la carte pricing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Makes critical decisions concerning pricing and commercial viability of recommended repairs on quotes

  • Successfully comprehend and interpret contractual language

  • Apply contractual terms and conditions to all applicable quotes

  • Interpret and apply catalog pricing to all non-contractual quotations

  • Liaison between customer and Able Aerospace Services for all quotes delivered

  • Responsible for communicating with the account manager to resolve questions and concerns on the quotes from the customer

  • Offer upsell opportunities on the quotes to promote additional revenue opportunities.

  • Research pricing and turn around times.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management or relevant field of study.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Sales mindset with the ability to apply our mission statement and pricing policy simultaneously

  • Understanding of commercial terms and market pricing

  • Ability to identify upsell opportunities

  • Ability to work cohesively within a team to deliver results and improve KPIs

  • Comprehension of mechanical concepts and precision measurements

  • High communication skills in providing information regarding products and services of the company

  • Proven ability to determine answers and solutions quickly.

  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills in executing multiple projects

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. for Textron Aviation at the time of making application, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including for F-1 students and J-1 exchange visitors who will need employment sponsorship.

Summer internships are 40 hours per week typically from late-May to early-August lasting 10 weeks.

Candidates must be able to work onsite for the entirety of the internship program unless approved otherwise by the hiring manager.
