RGP is immediately seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to join our fast-growing ServiceNow Practice team to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities and modules, exceptional project management skills, and a track record of successfully managing ITSM projects from initiation to completion

The ServiceNow Project Manager works in collaboration with teams across the business to support clients looking for creative solutions! As a ServiceNow Project Manager you will lead the lifecycle process that translates business requirements into functioning software systems, services, and solutions. This role is an opportunity to apply and grow your skills in delivering ServiceNow implementations with a motivated and growing company, servicing a wide range of technology forward clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ProjectManagement:

  • Leadand manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects, ensuring on-time andwithin-budget delivery.

  • Developdetailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines,resources, and budget.

  • Coordinateinternal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless executionof projects.

  • StakeholderManagement:

  • Actas the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintainingclear and consistent communication.

  • Facilitatemeetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, andaddress concerns.

  • Ensureclient satisfaction and manage expectations throughout the projectlifecycle.

  • TeamLeadership:

  • Leadand mentor project team members, providing guidance and support asneeded.

  • Fostera collaborative and productive team environment.

  • Ensureall team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.

  • Riskand Issue Management:

  • Identifypotential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.

  • Developand implement mitigation strategies to address risks and resolve issuespromptly.

  • Monitorproject progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successfuloutcomes.

  • QualityAssurance:

  • Ensureall project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

  • Conductregular reviews and audits to maintain compliance with best practices andstandards.

  • Implementand oversee testing phases to ensure functionality and performance meetclient requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Educationand Experience:

  • Bachelor'sdegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or arelated field.

  • Minimumof 8 years of project management experience, with at least 4 yearsmanaging ServiceNow projects.

  • Certifications:

  • ServiceNowCertified System Administrator (CSA)

  • ServiceNowCertified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - various products

  • ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

  • Skillsand Competencies:

  • In-depthknowledge of ServiceNow platform and modules.

  • Strongproject management skills with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.

  • Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Strongproblem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Abilityto work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

  • Pay Range: $85-115/Hr. W-2
