The Director of Business Programs will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of key business programs and initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong ability to align projects with organizational goals, foster collaboration, and deliver measurable results.

Strategic Planning & Execution:
Assist the CIO in developing and executing the overall IT strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Lead strategic initiatives, ensuring they are prioritized, resourced, and executed effectively.
Collaborate with senior leadership and IT management to define technology roadmaps and ensure IT investments deliver business value.
Governance & Policy Oversight:
Manage IT governance frameworks and ensure adherence to internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and enforce compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity protocols, and data privacy regulations.
Oversee the development and implementation of IT policies and ensure continuous improvement of IT governance practices.
Project Management & Coordination:
Oversee the IT project portfolio, ensuring projects are aligned with strategic goals, delivered on time, and within budget.
Collaborate with project management teams to ensure successful project execution and mitigate risks.
Ensure timely reporting and updates to the CIO on project progress, key initiatives, and potential roadblocks.
Performance Measurement & Reporting:
Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of IT initiatives and operations.
Regularly report on the status of IT projects, operational performance, risk management, and compliance efforts to the CIO and other senior leaders.
Lead efforts to continuously improve IT processes, technology adoption, and service delivery.

Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
8-10+ years of experience in IT management, project management, or IT governance roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.
Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (eg, ITIL, COBIT), project management methodologies (eg, Agile, Waterfall), and regulatory requirements (eg, GDPR, SOX).
Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects, strategic planning, and IT governance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on performance improvement and risk management.
