In this pivotal role, you'll lead the charge in developing and managing innovative mortgage products. salary: $43 - $45.45 per hour

Responsibilities
As a Mortgage Product Manager, job duties include:

Deliver and manage a diverse range of conventional, government, and private investor mortgage products.

Analyze and interpret Investor Announcements, Bulletins, and Mortgagee Letters, creating implementation plans for guideline and product changes while adhering to strict timelines.

Lead project management initiatives, facilitating stakeholder engagement and ensuring timely review of policy/product/process changes.

Define project scope, develop business cases, and outline business requirements for product initiatives.

Manage comprehensive project plans, including testing cases and results, and maintain shared documentation.

Conduct regular project team meetings, preparing agendas and minutes to track progress.
Skills
-
3+ years of experience in mortgage banking, with direct experience in product development/management and project management.

In-depth knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, Ginnie Mae, State Housing Authority Bond programs, Federal Home Loan Banks, USDA, Non-QM, private investor jumbo, and proprietary mortgage products.

Proficiency in SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.

Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Visio, Access, Project, SharePoint, and Jira.

Experience with Black Knight Empower, MSP, and PPE's is required.
