Location - Washington, DC Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Sr. Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365. A background in Finance & Accounting is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage projects efficiently and effectively during day shifts.
Responsibilities - Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Provide direction and support to project teams ensuring that all members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that project outcomes meet their expectations.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Manage project budgets ensuring that expenditures are within approved limits.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project success.
- Ensure that all project documentation is complete and accurate.
- Apply Microsoft Dynamics CRM Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 to manage project data and workflows.
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications - Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
- Demonstrate extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365.
- Have a background in Finance & Accounting which is considered a plus.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
- Show good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Certifications Required - PMP Certification Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000- $130,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
