Job Title: NetSuite Finance Lead
Location: Birmingham, United Kingdom (On-site 5 days a week)
Salary/Rate: £630 a day (inside IR35)

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for an experienced NetSuite Finance Lead to join their team on a six-month contract.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

• Translating business requirements into functional & technical design documents for NetSuite implementation.

• Participate and Lead Requirement gathering, performing assessment on the existing business process and providing the solutions/designs to improve the business operations.

• Implementing the new process in NetSuite by working with multiple stakeholders like Business Users, C-level executives, leads, technical team and integration team.

• Perform functional gap analysis and providing technical solutions and steer for critical system design.

• Participate with multiple stakeholders to finalise the data migration strategies.

• Co-ordinate with offshore team.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• NetSuite Finance & Accounting - COA Setup, Currency Management, Accounting Period Setup & Month End Closing, AP & AR Accounting, GL Management, Bank Reconciliation & Accounting Setup, Tax Setup and Management.

• Familiar with standard business process like 02C, P2P, Fixed Asset Management.

• Participate and Lead Requirement gathering, performing assessment on the existing business process and providing the solutions/designs to improve the business operations.

• Hands on experience and implementation of Record to Report, Procure to Pay & Order to Cash processes.

• Experience in NetSuite Business Requirements Gathering, Documentation, Fit-Gap Assessment, Solution Design, Configuration, Testing, Cut-over and Go-Live activities.

• Ability to lead in a dynamic NetSuite team at On-site & Offshore, Qualification in Accounting, Finance or Equivalent.

• Certified NetSuite Professional is a Plus.
