My client, a leading managed IT service provider is looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their end client on a contract basis in South Manchester. This is a contract role inside IR35.

Job Summary:

To maintain all IT Systems to a high standard ensuring operational availability and to respond effectively to all help-desk requests.

Candidate Profile

  • Ability to respond to a high volume of support tickets in a timely and professional manner, resolving and escalating when required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ensure the resolution of all IT incidents and service requests within agreed SLA's

Technical Skills:

  • Active Directory (AD Manager Plus)
  • Service Now
  • Windows 10 & Office 2016 and above
  • Office 365
  • ITIL Foundation highly desirable

You will operate the help-desk, liaise with clients and suppliers, record and monitor system issues resolving or escalating when required.

Location: South Manchester

Rate: £230pd inside IR35
