IT Support Engineer with 2nd Line support experience required for my leading IT MSP client based in Central London.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1- The salary on offer is between £30k -£35k basic - no more than £35k will be offered so do not apply if the salary does not work for you.
2- This role would be full time in the office 5 days per week for the first 6 months and then from month 7, hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 days per week working from home.

Main responsibilities:
- Assisting with new client onboarding and ensuring all technical requirements are covered and documented.
- Project delivery.
- Escalation for 1st line team.
- The ability to discuss technical matters with clients in a way they will be able to understand.
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Telephone and onsite support.
- End user and desktop support.
The technologies you will be supporting/involved with/and would need experience with:
- Excellent desktop support skills.
- Windows 10/11.
- Mac OSX support skills a bonus but not essential.
- Microsoft Office.
- Active Directory/Azure user and group admin.
- Office 365 admin.
- General hardware and networking knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure AD.
