This company is going through an exciting time whereby there will be numerous hires this year, majorly around their engineering function.

As a Java lead, you will get to shape the future of aviation tech: Build next-gen promotional systems, ticketing services, and more using the latest Java stack.

You will get to lead a diverse, high-performing team: Collaborate with engineers, testers, and DevOps experts in a tight-knit group of 8-9.

The successful lead will make an impact beyond code: Become a leader in more than just tech - you'll be involved in recruitment and shaping the team culture.

Their current code base is a mixture of Java, AWS, Terraform, Spring, Fargate, DynamoDB, Rest API, to name a few technologies. You do not need experience in all areas - we just need strong coders with great people skills!

What can they do for you?

The successful Java Lead can be paid between £80k - £90k, plus 10% bonus, 25 days holiday, medical cover, life insurance, and two-stage interview process.
