Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective Identity and Access Management (IDAM) processes and governance to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.
  • Manage identities and access to Oracle Cloud, Microsoft 365, and other cloud-based applications.
  • Oversee access governance for on-premise Servers and vendor partnerships.
  • Track, report, and maintain audit readiness for IDAM-related processes and procedures.
  • Create and manage a process for managers to periodically reconfirm permissions.

Your Key Tasks:

  • Manage user access across all cloud and on-premise systems, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and permission management.
  • Monitor and report on IDAM program effectiveness, addressing gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to IDAM.
  • Stay updated on emerging IDAM technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Oversee the 'Joiner, Mover, Leaver' process and Privileged Access Management.

Key Interfaces: Internal:

  • Work with various business departments to understand requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and Legal, to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with HR to manage staff changes and access updates.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Academic or professional qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in identity and access management, preferably in a cloud environment.
  • Experience with IDAM tools such as Azure AD and Azure PIM.
  • Preferred experience with Oracle identity management and managing Oracle roles.
  • Familiarity with identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Ability to create and manage processes around identity management and access reviews.
  • Understanding of security standards and compliance requirements such as SOC 2, ISO 27001.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
