Seeking an IT Support professional to join our team. Proving assistance & support to internal users within IT Infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Maintain & administer computer networks and related computing environments.
- Handle user account management in Active Directory.
- Provide tech support for issues related to DNS, Firewall, Windows, Mac OS, Windows Server, TCP/IP protocols.
