I am working with independent and friendly healthcare communications agency based in Hertfordshire to find a Senior Digital Designer passionate about good design. We create thought-provoking, creative, multi-channel solutions that build great brands, adding real value at a time when healthcare professionals, patients, and systems need it most. This role is hybrid and is offering a generous salary of £50K DOE.
You'll work across a range of digital projects and tackle traditional and diverse creative challenges, and to excel in this role you will be able to;
- Collaborate with production and copywriting departments.
- Articulate and presenting ideas to stakeholders and clients.
- Refine your work with necessary craft/design skills.
- Be a team player, enhancing colleagues' work.
- Demonstrate a "can do" attitude and putting in extra effort when needed.
- BE proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Xd, Figma (animation and motion graphics experience in AE is a plus).
- Have a practical understanding of UX/UI/CX within a digital ecosystem.
You will also be a team player, and be comfortable with leading from the front with the ability to come and hit the ground running and take charge of managing more junior staff members.
