I am recruiting for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer who will be pivotal in developing state-of-the-art AI/ML solutions for diverse projects, including signal processing, geospatial Datamodelling, image processing, and high-fidelity simulations.

You'll work in collaborative, flexible, and self-organising teams, turning concepts into production-ready solutions that positively impact society and individuals globally.

You will be expected to collaborate with engineers, scientists, designers, and product specialists whilst working on various stages of projects including prototype, explore, and validate new features.

You will design and develop scalable, secure, and observable distributed systems and engage with users and clients to understand and implement their needs.

We are looking for somebody with expertise in a high-level programming language such as Python or JavaScript (preferably Typescript) and experience with PostgreSQL.

The business delivers AI and ML solutions to its customers and as such you should have an interest in this field and perhaps some exposure and an understanding of Machine Learning, AI or Data Science.

This is a senior role and you should have some experience of technical leadership and want to take up this type of role where you can lead a team of engineers, data scientists and machine learning experts to a common goal in an Agile environment.

You should also be well versed in a DevOps environment and be happy deploying solutions. Any experience of systems integration or specifically integrating ML solutions to hardware would be highly advantageous.

SC Clearance will be required for this role so if you don't already hold it then you must be willing to undertake it. There will also be travel required to customer sites.
