Consulting Lead - Digital & Interactive

A leading Digital Transformation firm is looking for a Consulting Lead team to join their Europe Digital & Interactive team. This high growth, award-winning company designs and engineers cutting-edge digital products for their portfolio of clients in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sectors.

Suitable professionals will have a mixture of the following skills and experience:

• Experience working at Director or similar grade in a leading digital agency or the digital division of a major IT services/systems integrator or management consultancy
• Must have a strong background in strategic digital consulting, advisory and strategy
• Experience creating data driven digital products that increase clients promotion, conversion and retention through commerce, loyalty and self-services solutions
• Experience advising CMO's, CDO's and digital Interactive stakeholders
• Experience delivering digital products and services to Banking, Financial Services or Insurance clients
• Must have a proven track record of creating sales strategies, driving sales and business development pursuits
• Must have a proven track record of P&L leadership and experience building high performing teams
• Must have strong awareness of current digital and interactive technologies and solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong academic background (BSc/MSc/PhD)
