We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead IT and business transformation projects within a dynamic, global organisation. This role requires someone with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills to manage multi-disciplinary teams across various locations. You will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, aligning with business goals and delivering measurable benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams, coordinating across different regions and departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Apply a blend of delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall to meet project objectives.
  • Develop project plans, define success metrics, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Establish and promote a sprint-driven culture, delivering value early through a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) approach.
  • Manage budgets, resources, risk, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Track project benefits and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sprint velocity and value creation.
  • Ensure smooth transition of products into live service, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in delivering IT and business change projects across global organisations.
  • Strong understanding of project and change management methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in managing project resources, financials, and risks.
  • Experience working in IT, professional services, or the legal sector is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, or ScrumMaster.
  • Experience with AI tools and leading data-driven projects within large organisations.
