Sharepoint Project Manager (Contract)

Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England Country: UK Rate: £400 - 450 per day
 

Contract Sharepoint Project Manager Opportunity! 6 month initial contract with scope to extend - Sheffield/Hybrid - £400-£450 per day Inside IR35

The Bridge IT are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead a multi-year information governance and records management project. Strong project management skills are essential with experience in information governance and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Ensure project objectives are met within timelines and budgets.
  • Manage risks, issues, and changes effectively.
  • Facilitate team communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of governance policies.
  • Ensure effective SharePoint integration for records management.

Requirements:

  • Proven project management experience; multi-year project delivery, SharePoint experience is essential.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in project management tools.
  • Understanding of information governance and records management principles.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in information governance and SharePoint implementation.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise projects.

In return, our client can offer between £400-£450 per day Inside IR35 for an initial 6 month contract with chance to extend further. This position is based in Sheffield and offers hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office.
