With over 14,500 members of staff across 17 countries and a unique mix of end-to-end digital, business and technology services, we help clients solve complex challenges with modern and innovative solutions.

We're big enough to be taken seriously, yet small enough to operate with an agile, open, relationship-driven approach. Our clients come to us with problems that need genuine thought, intelligence and knowledge; we're not just putting bodies on seats.

We are currently seeking an experienced Agile Lead to join one of our most trusted clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching and training Agile Coaches, leading and managing agile teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and driving continuous improvement in our agile practices. The Agile Lead will play a key role in designing and developing Jira dashboards and reports, as well as defining OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to align the team's efforts with the business goals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, project management, and a proven track record of implementing effective agile practices in a banking or financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions within the banking domain.
  • Design and develop Jira dashboards and reports to provide visibility into project progress, team performance, and key metrics.
  • Define and implement OKRs to align team goals with business objectives and ensure transparent and measurable results.
  • Coach and mentor team members in agile best practices, ensuring adherence to agile principles and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize work, and facilitate effective sprint planning and execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization, implementing process enhancements, and fostering a culture of innovation and agility.
  • Act as a change agent to promote agile values, principles, and practices across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.
  • Proven experience as an Agile Lead or similar role in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Jira and experience in designing and developing custom dashboards and reports.
  • Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing OKRs to drive team performance and business outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and their application in a banking context.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering value to the business.
