Systems Analyst (Permanent)
Location: South Shields Country: UK Rate: £45k - £50k per annum
Systems Analyst - E-commerce/Salesforce - to £50,000 + benefits - North East England
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Systems Analyst within the IT team of this well known retail company. The role is service orientated and requires someone who has experience of business systems including E-commerce platforms, POS and payment solutions.
The role will involve the analysis of business requirements and leading of discovery workshops to produce specification documents and user stories to support changes or new business needs, as well as 3rd level support. There are lots of exciting projects in the pipeline.
Ideally you will have:
- 3 years+ post degree experience supporting and enhancing major E-commerce platforms in a major retailer/fashion/apparel/B2C environment
- Strong E-commerce and/or Salesforce experience, SQL
This role is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office.
