Lead Business Analyst (Contract)
Location: London Country: UK Rate: £650 - 700 per day
 
Lead Business Analyst required to work with a ministerial government department. This is an initial 6-month contract, paying up to £700 per day, inside IR35, hybrid working (1-2 days per week onsite as required, in London)

You will require active SC clearance and NPPV2 or NPPV3 prior to the start of the assignment.

Summary
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will map out BAU processes and practices, analyse the findings and plug this into a digital project team to support its development and to implement a digital platform.

Skills and knowledge required:
  • Map out as-is to in-design target model (TM) and communication/update seniors.
  • Identify gaps in planning to go from as-is to TM, communicate to seniors and support.
  • Drafting and presentation of impactful summaries for the Implementation Board.
  • Strengthen connections between stakeholders to identify, support and enhance business processes.

Experience Required:
  • Experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst.
  • Experience supporting business change and project management at pace.
  • Experience in user testing (support and lead)
  • Experience working in a digital environment/in a digital project.
  • Experience working with government and law enforcement.
