Service Architect (Contract)

Location: South Yorkshire Country: UK
 

* OUTSIDE IR35 - SERVICE ARCHITECT - 3 MONTH CONTRACT - HYBRID - 2-3 Days on site a week.*

Service Architect Join an established Higher Education client within South Yorkshire whom are looking for an experienced Service Architect to support on a discovery piece of work.

The client requires within this engagement that the candidate would provide a strategic roadmap that is intended to create an adaptable IT service framework that meets their current and future needs effectively.

The successful candidate would be have success in the below:

* Acceptance into Service (AiS), Incident, Change & Problem Management, system performance, and Continuous Improvement (CI).

* Technology Guidance: Provide expert advice on technology choices, focusing on the ITSM Tool program, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with university objectives.

* Continuous Service Improvement: Lead initiatives to boost the performance of support teams, improve first-time resolution rates, and develop Self-Service and Bot capabilities, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.
