Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (Contract)

Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant

An exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant to work for our global client based in Berkshire. This role will be a 3-month initial contract and will be hybrid remote/office based.

The Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant will focus on Service Cloud delivery in a relatively new implementation. You would be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Service Cloud instance to support our client's customer service operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, and ensure the effective utilisation of Salesforce to drive customer satisfaction.

Skills required.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customisation, and administration best practices.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce automation tools specifically flow.
  • Experience with CRM (customer relationship management) software and working knowledge of a relational database design.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
