Job Opportunity: Applications 3rd Line Engineer/Subject Matter Expert

Location: Portsmouth

Salary- Upto £57,000

IO Associates is looking for an Applications 3rd Line Engineer to maintain and support a complex secure solution. This role primarily involves incident management and resolution for the clients' live systems, dealing with issues escalated from 2nd line support in remote environments.

You will also be responsible for infrastructure development, testing of upgrades, patches, and new software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve incidents on secure military systems.
• Handle escalations from 2nd line support.
• Deliver infrastructure development and testing.
• Implement upgrades, patches, and new software solutions.
• Take ownership of problems and deliver effective solutions.
