About Us: We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts to join our team and support the delivery of a critical programme aimed at maturing capability in managing cyber security risk. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects within the IT security and cyber disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis and creation of traceable requirements across programme deliverables.
• Independently and proactively gather requirements, approaching Tech owners in the business to request and collate necessary data.
• Engage relevant stakeholders to secure additional data needed to present programmatic metrics, evidencing progress and cyber risk reduction.
• Analyse raw, unstructured data to produce comprehensive documentation showing workflows, processes, and user journeys.
• Present data and analysis in professional formats, including dashboards, suitable for business stakeholders.
• Manage escalations and provide guidance on extremely complex issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks to meet programme commitments to key internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, with demonstrable experience in IT Security and Cyber disciplines.
• Proven track record in supporting the analysis and technical BA deliverables for one or more projects within a programme.
• Ability to lead technical analysis efforts, understanding business problems within technically complex landscapes.
• Experience in evaluating business needs and supporting the creation of business cases from a technical perspective.
• Ability to identify necessary stakeholders and liaise with architects and various technical teams.
• Strong initiative, able to work independently and proactively deliver analysis tasks.
• Dynamic and adaptable, comfortable in providing analytical and research advice, making recommendations, and using personal judgement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of removing blockers or presenting solutions.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of the business.
• Demonstrable track record of delivering tangible results in a timely manner.
