Rate: £450 per day Inside IR35

Duration: 6 months

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a dynamic project team for an initial 6-month engagement. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a critical initiative in the banking sector, focusing on Credit Risk and Controls and Remediation programs.

Role Overview:

As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in leading agile development within a newly formed feature team. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the delivery of Credit Risk and Controls and Remediation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your organizational skills to ensure the timely and controlled delivery of critical programs.
  • Act as a servant leader for the feature team, guiding them through the agile development process.
  • Foster collaboration and communication within the team and across stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Remove impediments to the team's progress and escalate issues as necessary.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, ideally within the banking sector.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of SaFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is advantageous but not mandatory.
