We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end life cycle of various technical projects, with a focus on Wireless survey and design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project deliverables, leveraging internal teams and resources, including the projects team, service desk team, and wider organization, to deliver value efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets, overseeing project activities to ensure milestones are met.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, account owners, senior managers, and third parties to facilitate successful project outcomes.
  • Set clear project objectives and deadlines, guiding the team to meet them effectively.
  • Identify and remove project blockers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on problem resolution and continuous learning.
  • Facilitate discussions, decision-making processes, and conflict resolution within the project team.
  • Assist with internal and external communication efforts, promoting transparency and accountability.
  • Provide support and leadership to the team, serving as a role model for excellence.
  • Oversee project accounting, costing, and billing processes.
  • Report progress and variances to agreed plans, ensuring effective communication with the project team and stakeholders.

Experience Necessary:

  • Basic understanding and interest in Wireless and networking technologies.
  • Exposure to both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
  • Previous technical experience with infrastructure hardware is advantageous.
