Senior IT Business Partner/Senior Product Manager - Permanent - Up to £90k
My customer are looking for an experienced Senior IT Business Partner, Technology Business Partner or Senior Product Manager with experience delivering enterprise scale internal systems to manage business process workflows.
This is NOT a B2B or B2C Product Management role.
You will have very strong demonstrable experience of working closely with key stakeholders and liaising with business teams to understand key business challenges and priorities and to provide the bridge between the business and technology teams in order to take the requirements through to product implementation.
In this role you will take ownership of project delivery within several business capabilities/segment areas. The core Product Management skills are more important for this role than process area experience, but it is essential that you have worked specifically on internal, enterprise scale systems, for use by internal business users.
You will be having difficult conversations with stakeholders in order to ascertain business requirements and manage expectations around what can and will be delivered as well as what functionality will be prioritised in the product backlog. You will be very strong at influencing key decision makers and you will be responsible for the management of product roadmaps.
You need to be a great communicator as well as a excellent presenter of information, ensuring that you are able to deliver the relevant information in a succinct and easily digestible way, and in a manner that engages the key stakeholders and wider audience.
